Aluma is an embodied movement experience designed to help you get out of your head, into your body, and begin learning to listen to and trust what your body is telling you.

Through music, blindfolded exploration, free intuitive movement, and guided embodiment practices, you’ll be invited to explore sensation, expression, boundaries, connection, and the natural impulses of your body.
