ABOUT THE PODCAST

Where Sexuality, Spirituality & Embodiment Meet

Erotic Spirit Podcast is a space for honest conversations about sexuality, healing, embodiment, and the parts of ourselves we were taught to hide.

Hosted by Jenna Lee, the podcast explores what happens when we stop treating sexuality as something separate from our healing, spirituality, relationships, and the way we move through the world.

Through real conversations, lived experience, spiritual insight, and grounded exploration, we go beneath the surface of sex and into the beliefs, shame, conditioning, nervous system patterns, desires, and stories that shape our relationship with our bodies and ourselves.

This is a space to explore what it means to:

  • Release shame and inherited beliefs around sexuality

  • Reconnect with your body, pleasure, and desire

  • Explore sexual healing without trying to “fix” yourself

  • Understand the connection between sexuality, spirituality, and embodiment

  • Question the stories you've been given about sex, relationships, confidence, and worth

  • Create a sexuality that actually feels like yours

Nothing is taboo to explore.

Because sexual freedom isn't about having more sex, being more sexual, or becoming someone else.

It's about becoming free enough to be fully yourself.

MEET THE HOST

Hi, I’m Jenna Lee.

For years, I didn't realize how disconnected I was from my own body.

I was in a long-term relationship, building a life, while unknowingly carrying repressed memories of sexual abuse. In my twenties, flashes of those memories began surfacing, but I pushed them back down and kept moving.

Until I couldn't anymore.

A spiritual awakening became the catalyst that brought those memories — and eventually PTSD — fully into my awareness. And as difficult as that chapter was, it also gave me an extraordinary contrast.

I could finally see just how disconnected my mind and body had become.

Healing became more than understanding what had happened to me. It became learning how to inhabit myself again. To feel. To receive. To trust my body. To experience pleasure, desire, intimacy, spirituality, and eventually a kind of aliveness I hadn't known was possible.

That journey changed my understanding of sexual freedom.

For me, sexual freedom isn't about how much sex you have, who you have it with, or how sexually expressive you are.

It's the freedom to know that the past happened without allowing it to define what my mind or body must experience in the present.

It's integration. Wholeness. Choice. The ability to meet myself as I am now.

And that's also what erotic has come to mean to me.

Erotic is aliveness.

It's the question I continue to explore in my own life and here on Erotic Spirit Podcast:

What allows me to be fully alive in this moment?

That's why I created this space — to have honest conversations about sexuality, healing, spirituality, embodiment, pleasure, shame, desire, trauma, relationships, and everything we were taught not to talk about.

Not to tell you what sexual freedom should look like.

But to invite you into the possibility of discovering what freedom, wholeness, and aliveness look like for you.

What to Expect from the Erotic Spirit Podcast

The Erotic Spirit Podcast explores the intersection of sexuality, healing, and spiritual truth through honest, grounded conversations.

Each episode unravels the conditioning, shame, and misunderstandings many of us carry around our bodies, intimacy, and pleasure — and replaces them with curiosity, awareness, and empowerment.

Throughout the show, we explore topics such as:

Releasing Sexual Shame

Many people carry beliefs about sexuality shaped by religion, culture, or early experiences. We unpack where those beliefs come from and how to reclaim sexuality as a sacred life force.

Healing Trauma & Emotional Patterns

From rejection and abandonment wounds to emotional bypassing, we explore how past experiences shape intimacy, relationships, and self-worth — and how healing actually unfolds.

Embodiment & Sensual Presence

Sexual healing begins with reconnecting to the body. We talk about sensual awareness, nervous system regulation, and practices that bring you back into presence and pleasure.

Triggers, Healing Cycles & Growth

Healing isn’t linear. We discuss emotional triggers, integration cycles, and how moments of discomfort can actually signal deeper transformation.

Authentic Sexual Expression

Breaking free from performance, myths, and unrealistic expectations allows sexuality to become more intuitive, connected, and authentic.

Curiosity, Exploration & Personal Truth

Sexuality isn’t a fixed script. Through curiosity and self-awareness, we explore how individuals can step outside conditioning and discover what feels true for them.

A Space Without Shame

This podcast is trauma-aware, spiritually grounded, and radically honest.

Nothing is taboo — because the more we understand ourselves, the more freedom we create in our relationships, our bodies, and our lives.

Body Awareness

Reconnecting with the body through sensation, presence, and nervous system regulation.

Learning to listen to the body’s signals and rebuild safety from within.

Pleasure Practice

Reclaiming pleasure as a natural and necessary part of life.

Exploring sensuality, self-touch, and presence as pathways back into wholeness.

Release & Renewal

Letting go of shame, conditioning, and past trauma so authentic expression can emerge.

Healing creates space for creativity, connection, and spiritual alignment.

“This was a great topic and an important tool you shared for further transformation into higher vibrations, both for women but also for us men. Breathwork will pave the way. Thank you!"
