You've Done the Work. Now What?

You've read the books. Attended the workshops. Explored your patterns. Connected the dots between your past and your present.

You understand yourself in ways you never did before.

And yet…

You still hesitate before asking for what you want.

You still shrink when it's time to be seen.

You still find yourself responding to life in ways you thought you'd already moved beyond.

What if the next step isn't more healing? What if it's experimenting with a different way of living?

Your Life Is the Laboratory.

And you are both the experimenter and the discovery.

Awareness is powerful. But knowing why you do something doesn't automatically change what you do next.

The Embodiment Experiments are designed to move you beyond understanding and into experience.

Instead of simply talking about confidence, you experiment with being seen.

Instead of analyzing your fear of rejection, you give yourself opportunities to hear yes, no, and everything in between.

Instead of waiting until you feel ready, you discover what happens when you take one intentional step.

Because embodiment isn't something you just learn. It's something you practice living.

Experience Creates New Evidence

Your Brain Learns Through Experience. Not Just Understanding.

There's a reason knowing your patterns doesn't always change them.

You can understand why you fear rejection, why you hesitate to speak up, or why you keep choosing what's familiar—and still find yourself responding in the same ways.

Because awareness is only part of the process.

Your brain has an extraordinary capacity to adapt through experience. This is called neuroplasticity—the ability of the brain to change and reorganize neural connections through learning, practice, and repeated experiences.

When you repeatedly respond to situations in familiar ways, those responses can become increasingly automatic.

But here's where things get interesting.

Every intentional micro-action creates an opportunity for new learning.

When you ask for something you'd normally avoid asking for…

When you express a desire instead of keeping it to yourself…

When you allow yourself to be seen, even when the outcome is uncertain…

You're giving your brain and body an opportunity to experience something different.

And that experience can become new evidence.

Evidence that discomfort doesn't have to stop you.

Evidence that hearing no doesn't have to mean abandoning yourself.

Evidence that you're capable of responding differently than you have before.

With repetition, reflection, and integration, these new responses can become more familiar and accessible over time.

Awareness Reveals the Pattern.

Experience Creates New Evidence.

Repetition Supports New Learning.

You don't just tell yourself something different is possible. You give yourself the opportunity to experience it.

That's the foundation of The Embodiment Experiments.

THE REJECTION EXPERIMENT

Stop Rejecting Yourself First

Begins October 28, 2026 | 6 Weeks | $47

What if the biggest rejection in your life is the one you've been giving yourself?

How many times have you talked yourself out of something before anyone else had the chance to say no?

The opportunity you didn't pursue.

The conversation you never started.

The desire you didn't express.

The version of yourself you keep waiting to become before you finally take the chance.

We often think rejection is something that happens to us.

But sometimes, we're the ones saying no first.

The Rejection Experiment is a six-week live embodiment experience designed to explore what happens when you stop rejecting yourself before life gets a chance to respond.

Not by forcing yourself to become fearless.

Not by collecting more information about why you hesitate.

But by experimenting with new choices, noticing what happens in your body, and discovering your capacity to remain connected to yourself through uncertainty.

Because the goal isn't to never hear no.

It's to build the capacity to hear no without abandoning your own yes.

What Will You Actually Be Doing?

This isn't another course filled with information to consume or a daily checklist of things you have to accomplish.

Each week, you'll receive a selection of real-world embodiment experiments designed to explore different aspects of rejection, self-expression, courage, and choice.

You choose the experiments that resonate with you, meet yourself where you are, and explore what happens.

You might experiment with:

  • Asking for something you'd normally talk yourself out of.

  • Expressing a desire without apologizing for having it.

  • Allowing yourself to be seen without trying to control how you're received.

  • Taking a chance on an opportunity without deciding the outcome in advance.

  • Noticing what happens in your body when you anticipate hearing no.

  • Practicing staying connected to yourself when the response isn't what you hoped for.

There is no quota of rejection to collect. No competition. No requirement to push beyond your capacity.

The invitation is to get curious about where you've been saying no to yourself—and explore what becomes possible when you choose differently.

What Might Become Possible?

Imagine asking for what you want without first convincing yourself you don't deserve it.

Imagine expressing yourself without needing to guarantee how someone will respond.

Imagine pursuing an opportunity even when the outcome is uncertain.

Imagine hearing no—and discovering that you can still remain connected to your own worth, desires, and choices.

This experiment isn't about becoming someone who never experiences rejection.

It's about discovering how much of your life opens up when you stop rejecting yourself first.

A Simple, Supportive Flow.png

Your Pace. Your Choices. Your Experiment.

This isn't about completing every experiment, pushing through discomfort, or proving how courageous you can be.

It's about getting curious, exploring your edges, and discovering what becomes possible when you begin making different choices.

There is no right way to experiment. There is only what you discover along the way.

What becomes possible when you stop hiding?

How often do you hold back your voice, your desires, your creativity, or your truth because of what someone else might think?

The Visibility Experiment is an invitation to explore what it means to be seen, heard, and expressed—not by becoming someone else, but by allowing more of yourself to show up.

Through real-world embodiment experiments, you'll explore your relationship with visibility, self-expression, and the vulnerability of being witnessed.
