Meet Jenna Lee
I’m Jenna Lee, an Embodiment Innovator, speaker, author, and podcast host helping redefine what comes after healing.
My work explores the space between awareness and lived transformation: the place where we may intellectually understand our patterns, yet still find our bodies repeating them.
Because awareness can change what you know and embodiment changes what your body expects.
The Work Beneath the Work
For years, I believed transformation happened by finding the right answer. The right explanation or the right healing modality.
The missing memory, belief, pattern, or breakthrough that would finally make everything fall into place.
My journey took me through trauma recovery, psychotherapy, EMDR, energy healing, consciousness work, the Akashic Records, nervous-system exploration, spiritual awakening, and profound experiences of reconnection with my body.
Each experience gave me something meaningful, but eventually, I began to see a deeper truth:
-
You can understand your story and still live from it.
-
You can recognize a pattern and still feel powerless inside the moment it appears.
-
You can experience an extraordinary breakthrough and still return to the same familiar ways of protecting yourself.
The problem was not that I had failed to heal. The problem was that I had been asking awareness to do the work of embodiment.
My Body Was Never the Problem
For much of my life, I experienced my body as something I needed to control, overcome, improve, or fix. What I eventually discovered was that my body had never been working against me. It had been protecting me.
The reactions I judged, the patterns I tried to eliminate, and the parts of myself I wanted to change had often developed for a reason. They were intelligent adaptations created when my system did not yet have another way to feel safe.
That understanding transformed the way I related to myself.
Instead of asking:
“What is wrong with me?”
I began asking:
“What is my body trying to communicate?”
Instead of forcing change, I learned to create enough safety for a different choice to become possible. Instead of treating healing as an endless search for what was broken, I began practicing how to live from the wholeness that had always been there.
This is where embodiment began.
Not as another modality.
As a way of living.

From Awareness to Embodiment
Embodiment is often spoken about as being grounded, present, or connected to the body.
But embodiment is more than noticing sensation.
It is the lived integration of what you know to be true. It is the moment your boundaries become something you can express.
When your voice becomes something you can use.
When receiving no longer feels dangerous.
When visibility no longer requires abandoning yourself.
When love, truth, leadership, pleasure, and self-expression become experiences your body has the capacity to hold.
Embodiment is how insight becomes choice. How choice becomes practice, and how practice becomes who you are.
The Embodied Portal Method

Through years of lived experience, client work, facilitation, leadership, and exploration across mind, body, energy, and consciousness, I developed the Embodied Portal Method.
It is a framework for moving transformation beyond intellectual understanding and into lived experience. The method moves through eight interconnected stages:
Awareness. Safety. Sensation. Emotion. Micro-Choice. Meaning Reframe. Practice. Integration.
Rather than demanding immediate change, the method creates a bridge between recognizing a pattern and becoming capable of choosing differently inside the moments that matter.
This framework flows through everything I create—from private mentorship and retreats to workshops, speaking, Akashic Source Code sessions, and the conversations I hold through the Erotic Spirit Podcast.
The expression may change.
The foundation remains the same:
Transformation becomes sustainable when the body is included.
A Different Conversation About Healing
I am not here to dismiss healing. Healing helped me understand my story. It gave language to experiences I could not explain, compassion for the parts of myself I once judged, and space to recover what had been buried beneath survival.
But healing was never meant to become my permanent identity. There came a moment when continually searching for another wound, block, or layer no longer felt like liberation. It felt like another way of postponing life.
My work now lives inside a different question:
What becomes possible when you stop organizing your life around what happened to you—and begin creating from who you are now?
This is not about bypassing pain.
It is about no longer requiring pain to remain the center of your identity.
It is about honoring every version of you that helped you survive without asking those versions to lead the rest of your life.
Why I Created This Work
Before this work became my public mission, I spent more than a decade in corporate leadership. That chapter taught me how to lead people, recognize patterns, build systems, and transform ideas into practical experiences.
My personal journey taught me something equally important:
Transformation doesn't happen because we understand ourselves. It happens when our bodies become safe enough to live what we've discovered.
The Embodied Portal Method wasn't created from a single breakthrough or certification. It emerged through lived experience, years of guiding others, and one question I couldn't stop asking:
Why do so many people understand their patterns... yet still struggle to live differently?
Everything I create today—from speaking and workshops to retreats, mentorship, Akashic Source Code sessions, and my writing—is an exploration of that question.
Because I don't believe the future needs more information.
I believe it needs more embodiment.

My Work Today
Today, my work is helping redefine what comes after healing.
I speak and teach on embodiment, nervous-system safety, shame, visibility, sexuality, consciousness, self-expression, and the patterns that keep people repeating lives they intellectually know they have outgrown.
I create transformational experiences through:
🎤 Speaking and live teaching
🤝 Private mentorship
🏔 Workshops and retreats
✨ Akashic Source Code sessions
✨ The Embodiment Portal
🎙 The Erotic Spirit Podcast
📖 Writing and thought leadership
My forthcoming book, Cracked the Fuck Open: A Roadmap to Embodied Awakening and Breaking the Healing Loop, explores the journey from understanding yourself to learning how to fully live as yourself.
Every expression of my work returns to the same invitation:
Stop treating yourself like a problem to solve.
Listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
And begin living from the truth you have already uncovered.
You Were Never Broken
I do not believe transformation requires becoming someone else.
I believe it happens when the identities, protections, expectations, and borrowed beliefs that are no longer true begin to fall away.
Not because those parts of you were wrong. They got you here. But you may not need to keep carrying them.
Beneath the healing, the striving, the searching, and the becoming, there is a version of you that does not need to be manufactured.
Only remembered.
Only trusted.
Only lived.
You were never broken.
And your life does not have to remain a reflection of everything you once needed to survive.
The next chapter is not more healing.
Its Embodiment.
Ready to Move Beyond Healing?
You don't need another breakthrough.
You need the capacity to live what you already know.
