You Know What's Holding You Back. So Why Are You Still Holding Back? What years of embodiment practice taught me about fear, visibility, rejection, and learning to move forward without abandoning myself. There's something I recognized about myself last year. When it came to launching new products, programs, or creative projects, I would sometimes find myself in this strange, quiet pause. It was almost like having my foot on the gas and the brakes at the exact same time. I wan

I fell in love again. I went to Burning Man, and for eight days, I was completely disconnected from the world. Completely out of touch with the physical world outside of Burning Man. My business. Friends. People outside of my experience. And transparently, I didn't have any goals. I went with an intention to deepen my love. To be in a space without conditions. To be curious. And what I found was that concept, described in words, does not even begin to describe the expansivene

We have access to more healing information than ever before. So why are so many deeply self-aware people still feeling stuck? There comes a point in healing when knowing more is no longer the answer. You know why you people-please. You know where your fear of being seen comes from. You know why you procrastinate, shut down, overthink, or keep choosing the same kinds of relationships. You know your childhood wounds. Your attachment style. Your triggers. Your patterns. You may

You know you're capable of more, and you have ideas you want to share. A business you want to build. Art you want to create. Conversations you want to have. A version of yourself that feels ready to come alive. So why do you still hesitate? Why do you find yourself rewriting the post five times before publishing it? Why do you overthink speaking up in meetings? Why do you delay launching the business, recording the video, sharing your truth, or asking for what you really want

Sometimes you're not grieving what you lost. You're grieving who you thought you had to be. Grief isn't always about losing someone you love. Sometimes it's about saying goodbye to the person you thought you had to be. There was a moment during my awakening when I realized something that completely changed how I understood grief. I believed I was grieving my life. The relationship. The future I had imagined. The identity I had built. The version of myself I had worked so hard

The hidden connection between people-pleasing, trauma, self-worth, and the fear of disappointing others. Have you ever said yes when you really wanted to say no? Have you ever worried about disappointing someone, even when honoring yourself was the healthier choice? Many people believe people-pleasing comes from kindness. They assume it's simply about being caring, generous, or compassionate. But what if people-pleasing is actually a symptom of something much deeper? What if

Ever feel like you’ve been healing the same wound over and over again and asking yourself: When the fuck is this actually going to shift? Yeah. Me too. For a long time, I thought I needed more healing. More courses. More certifications. More mindset work. More journaling. More awareness. But eventually I realized something profound: I didn’t actually feel safe enough to fully receive the truth I already knew. And honestly? That changed everything. Why Healing Patterns Keep Re

Why do I feel Stuck? Most people think why do I feel stuck. But what’s actually happening is something very different. You’re not stuck. You ’re looping. And until you see the loop, nothing changes—no matter how much you try, heal, journal, or “work on yourself.” What a “Loop” Actually Is A loop isn’t just repeating the same situation. It’s repeating the same internal pattern : The same emotional reactions The same decisions The same relationships The same outcomes Just dress

If you’ve been in the healing or spiritual world for a while, you’ve probably heard the phrase: “I’m doing the work.” And many people truly are. They’ve read the books. They’ve gone to therapy. They’ve attended retreats and workshops. They’ve journaled, processed their past, and tried to understand their patterns. And yet, there’s often a quiet question that sits underneath it all: Why does it sometimes feel like healing never ends? Like every time you think you’ve cleared so

Receiving isn’t about manifestation. It ’s about embodiment. This is a question a lot of people don’t realize they’re avoiding — until the thing they asked for actually shows up. Why is receiving harder than manifesting? Because calling things in happens in the mind. Receiving happens in the body. You can visualize, journal, affirm, and “do the work” all day long — but the moment what you asked for actually arrives, your nervous system gets the final vote. And for a lot of pe

It’s Not Bad Luck — It’s a Pattern If this keeps happening in your life, it’s not bad luck.It ’s a pattern. And more than that — it’s a mirror. What you’re experiencing isn’t a problem to fix. It’s information. Your environment is reflecting something back to you, and when you know how to read it, everything changes. What Does It Mean That Your Reality Is a Mirror? I do mirror work. I teach people to look at their environment and ask: What is it telling you today? Is it chaot

Most people think their resistance to visibility is about fear. Fear of judgment. Fear of rejection. Fear of not doing it “right.” Fear of not being perfect enough to be seen. But what if your fear of being visible isn’t fear at all? What if it’s a memory ? Why Visibility Feels So Hard for So Many People When people talk about visibility blocks, they often blame surface-level things: “It needs to be perfect first.” “I’m just waiting until I feel more confident.” “My Virgo wa
